Each
client begins by completing a comprehensive Assessment
Form which will provide a detailed medical history
and appraisal of current lifestyle patterns. This
information, in addition to movement screening and
analysis, is then utilized in assessing current fitness
level and determining program design. Taking into
consideration how many hours per week each client
can dedicate to training and variability in adaptation
to training from person to person, benchmark dates
for reassessment are set to gauge progress. As gains
in strength and endurance are achieved, the training
program adapts to continually challenge the client,
add variety, and elevate to new levels of fitness.
Training sessions are held at various locations
throughout Manhattan.
