Repetition:   One complete movement of a particular exercise.

Sagittal Plane:   An imaginary plane that divides the body into left and right halves.

Scapulohumeral Rhythm:   The coordinated movement of the scapula in relation to abduction of the arm.  

Set:   A group of consecutive repetitions.

Slow Twitch Fibers:   Also known as Type I muscle fibers.   They have more capillaries and mitochondria than fast twitch fibers, and have a higher endurance capacity than fast twitch fibers.
