How
do you design programs for your clients?
Program design is based first and foremost on the goals
of the client. The Assessment Form provides me with
basic information about your current health and fitness
status. In addition, strength and flexibility testing,
body fat and posture assessments provide me with the
additional information needed to create a solid, well-rounded
program.
How
long is each session, and what is involved?
Training sessions include the workout, any necessary
abdominal training, and stretching, and are an hour
in length.
