is your training style, philosophy?
My approach to training is based on balance, strength,
and knowledge. A key component of any training program
is addressing muscular imbalances that can lead to joint
pain as well while addressing strength and endurance
needs. My programs are designed to teach you safe and
effective training methods and technique which will
give you the foundation you need to incorporate physical
fitness into your life, and effectively manage weight
and body fat compostion.
